The Breakfast Club Bundt Cake

Welcome back fellow bakers! This month's theme is John Hughes. Not quite sure who he is? Well have you ever heard of 16 Candles, Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off? He wrote all these classic movies and many more! He passed away this past August, so what better way to give tribute, then to bake something inspired from his movies.
I am not positive I truly captured the theme correctly, but my idea was The Breakfast Club Bundt Cake.

Here is what you need:
1 box yellow cake mix
(Do not follow instructions on the back of box, just follow below)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 (measuring) cup instant coffee (Make first, then set aside to cool)
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

Topping:
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chocolate sprinkles

Mix together the ingredients, pour into greased bundt pan, sprinkle on the topping, and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Once cool, flip out of pan, then flip back over. (It's an upside down bundt cake) Enjoy!

Oh my gosh...that sounds SO good! Cake mix, pudding, coffee...loving those ingredients! I wish I had some for breakfast this morning instead of frozen waffles! ;)

This looks amazing! I just bought a bundt cake pan last week, and have already made two!
We may have to make this next week!

This looks amazing. Although I don't regularly drink coffee, I love to add it to anything chocolate; my favorite brownies are Mocha Brownies!
